Mount opened its doors to Kitahama in 2017.
A pet project helmed by Haunts Co., Ltd., members who
developed and operated lodgings and dining facilities in Southeast Asia.
“Development that starts with the management.”
In exercising this belief, Mount has aimed for the ease, the function and comfortability of the cafes of old.
From the glass front to the patio situated along the Tosabori River where you can experience
the subtleties of Japanese architecture.

Coffee and More...
It wasn’t our intention to open a cafe, really we just wanted to create a space
where people would feel comfortable sitting in. It turns out those people also like coffee.
Whether you’re strolling in with a book or dragging in a friend, the space is as much yours as it is ours.
We got a lot of room and we smell like cinnamon.
If you’re tempted, we do have more than just coffee.
Try an agepan. Don’t ask, just try.
We encourage you to help yourself to as much or as little as you can handle.
In the end, it’s a space for you, and a space for us, to share.
